The University of St. Thomas

Borrowing Materials

Borrowing Materials, and Borrowing Privileges

Students, faculty, and staff of the University of St. Thomas are the primary clientele of the UST Libraries. Other users (CLIC-affiliated users, MTLA consortium affiliates, ELS students, Friends of the Library, Inter-District School faculty) also have certain borrowing privileges. The length of the loan period and cost of the Identification/library card are determined by the affiliation with the University, as specified in the tables below.

The UST Libraries are open to the general public and all visitors may use reference materials and services, electronic databases and other resources on site. Circulating material from the UST Libraries may be loaned to public and academic libraries through interlibrary loan. All borrowers must present appropriate ID (UST ID card, CLIC school ID card, alumni/friends card, etc.) in order to check out library materials.
