There are a variety of resources available to help you get up to speed with RefWorks.

Online

• A Quick Start Guide to answer your basic questions and get you going.
• A user-friendly Tutorial that can be viewed online or printed.
• Extensive Help pages designed to answer any question you might have.

In Person

Classes/Groups

• Faculty and staff can register for an in-person instruction session via Training Online.
• Faculty, staff, and students may contact the liaison librarian for your subject area to arrange a special RefWorks instruction session for a class or group.

One-on-one

• Do you have a question about RefWorks?  Would you like to schedule a one-on-one training session?  Contact the liaison librarian for your subject area.
