Creating alerts in CSA databases requires users to first sign up for a free individual account. To do so, go to the database and hit the "Please log into My Research" link at upper right, then select "New Users Register Here" at the bottom of the succeeding page to access the online registration form.
Go to the CSA database that contains your journal (if you don't know this, check our Journals A-Z page), enter the journal title, and set the drop-down menu to "Journal Name, JN=", and search. Select the "Alert Me" link at the top of the search results, and log in to your CSA My Research account. You'll see a summary of your journal title search, an expiration date you can set, and a Delivery Method drop-down menu where you can select e-mail or RSS feed formats. Select "No Delivery" if you want to save the search to re-run in the future, but you don't wish to be automatically notified of new items. Set all the parameters and select Save, and your alert will be set. Log into My Research again later to delete or modify your alerts.
