Search treaty as a phrase (e.g. comprehensive test ban treaty) in either the title field (for fewer, more relevant hits) or the full text (for more, but possibly less relevant hits.)

Begin as keyword search, then search from subject headings at bottom of article.
Lexis-Nexis
In "Legal Research" search Law Reviews; search for terms in titles, expand the dates search to five years or more. Note alternative treaty names; e.g. Ottawa Treaty (or Declaration), also landmines as one word, or land-mines. In "News" look for news stories from major world newspapers on the treaties, supporters and opponents. Use "Guided Search" which allows you to look for terms in various parts of the story (headline, headline/lead paragraphs, full text, etc.
