• Education Counts: Benchmarking Progress in 19 WEI Countries This document presents information for the school year which ended in 2004 on educational attainment, finance, and teachers in 63 countries.
• Global Education Database (mostly statistical data from UNESCO and Demographic and Health Surveys, a USAID program).
• Global Education Digest 2007  Published by UNESCO, this is similar to the Digest of Education Statistics, but compiles international statistics.
