Blackwell Encyclopedia of Management
A comprehensive business encyclopedia in 12 volumes including business topics such as   business ethics, human resource management, international management, marketing, organizational behavior and strategic management. Articles contain good background information on the listed topic plus a bibliography for further reading.

Gale Virtual Reference Library
Contains Business Plans Handbook, Encyclopedia of Business and Finance, Encyclopedia of Business Ethics and Society and International Directory of Company Histories.

Emerald Management Xtra
Emerald Management is a large andcomprehensive collection of peer-reviewed management journals featuring 125 full text journals and abstracts from the world's top 300 management journals.

Expanded Academic Index  (UST subscription database)
Expanded Academic Index is a broad social science database with abstracts and full text articles from scholarly and academic journals along with some popular literature.
