  • Use this form ONLY if the video you are going to use is for a class presentation and the video is from another college or a UST Limited Use video. You can check out the video the day of the class for ONLY 4 hours.
  • Remember to include in your request the COMPLETE title and call number information and indicate the location at which you will be using them (classroom #)
  • Videos from other CLIC schools need to be requested at least 1 week in advance. Please make sure you identify the CLIC school (if different than St. Thomas) in the form below.
