Requesting a video from another college (UST Students Only).
Use this form to request a video from another college from the Consortium. Videos will be brought to either the Media Center (OSF room 309) or Keffer Library. The student has to watch the video in either OSF Media room or Keffer Library. Videos would not be able to go out of these 2 libraries.
ONLY 5 videos per semester
. Students can go to any CLIC school and watch the videos there too.
Notice: If you don't fill the "Need by Date" box the request won't go through.
If you need to show the video for a class presentation you can take it for 4 hours ONLY, fill in this form.
Remember to include in your request COMPLETE title and call number and the location at which you will be using them.
Videos from other CLIC schools need to be requested at least 1 week in advance.
