Keffer video request form
Use this form to request a video from OSF Media Collection to be sent to Keffer Library. Pickup location will be at the Keffer Library.
UST students can check out videos from UST for 2 days ONLY. NO RENEWALS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Students may check out a maximum of 3 videos to their account. Allow at least 3 business days for the videos to get to Keffer Library.
Notice: If you don't fill the "Need by Date" box the request won't go through.
Remember to include in your request COMPLETE title and call number.
