Course Reserves 

Each UST Library has its own "reserves desk" so be sure to note location.  

Finding Your Class Reserves

  • In the CLICnet library catalog, enter your instructor's name. You can also search by course number/name.
  • Items are on reserve in either physical or electronic formats.
  • For electronic reserves, select the access link in CLICnet.

Physical Reserves
  • Usually printed versions of books, articles, etc. held at each library's circulation desk. 
  • Can be checked out for a specified period although often may not be removed from the library. 
  • UST identification is required.
 

 

Electronic Reserves
  • Online, electronic versions of materials via Internet access. 
  • The user can print the items.
  • A UST username & password login is required for access. 
  • FAQ on electronic reserves.
 

 "Course reserves" are course-related materials/information that your instructors make available, electronically or physically, through the Libraries.  Course reserves are also referred to as class reserves, electronic reserves, and library reserves.
