Scope/Content:

The Local History Paper Collection consists of student term papers written on topics of Local History for Professor Joseph Fitzharris’ HIS 121 course from 1976 – 1984.  The majority of the papers are on topics relating to the history of the Catholic Church in Minnesota, particularly histories of parishes in the Twin Cities.  The collection was given to the University Archives by Professor Fitzharris.
