Periodical Request Form

Your request goes to the Serials Librarian who will then forward it to the liaison librarian for the subject area covered by the periodical. The periodical will be considered for purchase by a roundtable made up of liaison librarians for related disciplines and they will make the final recommendation for purchase.

Because purchasing a periodical represents an ongoing commitment of funds, the current and anticipated availability of funds in the budget for the Libraries will determine if any new periodical subscriptions will be purchased in a given budget year.
