LibQUAL Survey Results

The UST Libraries would like to thank everyone who particatied in the LibQUAL survey in the Fall of 2008.  This survey was very important for us because it not only identified the strengths and weaknesses in library products and services, but it also indicates the priorities that you as the library patron expect from us.  The input helps us set goals for future development. 

We received a good number of responses across the board from major groups we serve on campus -

Undergraduate students - 159 responses; 21% of the total population
Graduate students - 134 responses; 18% of the total population
Faculty - 206 responses; 28% of the total population
Staff - 193 responses; 26% of the total population

The purpose of this site is to present highlights and analysis of what we have so far and as we get more data from the survey in the future we will post that information as well.
