Neighborhood and Housing Information

Housing packets are sent to admitted applicants outside of the immediate Twin Cities area.  This packet includes a handy apartment guide and listings for helpful websites around the Twin Cities.

The University of St. Thomas School of Law has worked with RelocationCentral Apartment Search to help find housing for incoming and current students. RelocationCentral can email photos of apartment options, and pre-arrange apartment visits if you plan to be in the area on a certain date. RelocationCentral Apartment search is a free service.

The University of St. Thomas Life/Work Center in conjuction with the University of St. Thomas Commuter Center also has listings for available apartments, houses or rooms for rent. Many of the listings are in St. Paul, close to the St. Paul campus. It is only a free UST shuttle bus ride away from the Minneapolis campus.
