
Author James O’Toole will speak at the University of St. Thomas School of Law Schulze Grand Atrium on March 12, 2008 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on “Values-Based Leadership in the Professions.” James O’Toole is known internationally for his writing and speaking on values-based leadership. Included in his 15 books are Leading Change: The Argument for Values-Based Leadership, Leadership from A to Z, and Creating the Good Life.
A two-person panel will respond to Dr. O’Toole’s remarks and, together with Dr. O’Toole, take questions from the audience. The panelists are Michael DeMane, the Chief Operating Officer of Medtronic, and Kim Nelson, vice president of General Mills and President of the Snacks Division.
The program is co-sponsored by the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions and the Center for Ethical Business Cultures.
