Charles Edward Heaton II "Roscoe" was recently honored by the American Bar Association, Law Student Division for his work and participation as the American Bar Association, Law Student Division (ABA-LSD) Representative for the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Mr. Heaton achieved the highest percentage increase in membership in the nation. This is the first time a ABA-LSD Representative from UST Law has received this honor.
