Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference (MMRC): The Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference is an annual event that connects the largest legal employers in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area with top 2L and 3L candidates from around the country. Employers participating in the interviews will include small, medium and large firms; corporate law departments; and public interest, nonprofit and government entities. Sponsored by Twin Cities Diversity in Practice: www.diversityinpractice.org.
Dorsey Diversity Fellowship: Each Fellowship recipient will work as a summer associate in the Firm's Denver, Seattle or Minneapolis office and, at the end of each summer (as applicable), will receive $7,500 toward law school tuition and expenses for the school year. Each fellowship recipient who joins the Firm as a new associate will receive an additional $5,000.
Faegre Baker Daniels Diversity & Inclusion Fellowship: Fellowship awardees will each receive a 10-week summer clerkship in one of the firm's U.S. offices between their second and third years of law school, during which they will participate in formal education, training programs and hands-on legal experience supervised by a licensed lawyer. Students selected for the Fellowship will each receive a $10,000 stipend at the conclusion of their summer associate positions.
Executive Pathways Summer Internship Program: The Executive Pathways Internship Program at the Minnesota Department of Human Services is a paid internship opportunity for students interested in public service careers. Students in public policy, accounting, social work, law, information technology, and other human services-related programs of study are encouraged to consider an internship through the Executive Pathways Internship Program at the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS)
Fish & Richardson 1L Diversity Fellowship: The Fish & Richardson 1L Diversity Fellowship Program consists of four components. Each Fellow receives a $5,000 scholarship, mentoring from members of the firm, a paid Summer Associate position in the Fish & Richardson office of the Fellow's choice, and participation in the 1L Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholars Program.
Nilan Johnson Lewis Summer Associate Minority Clerkship: Each year Nilan Johnson Lewis posts a Summer Associate Law Clerk position. Past clerks who worked at Nilan Johnson Lewis may be viewed on their website.
MSBA 1L Minority Clerkship Program (MMCP): Each participating employer will hire one or more law students at their organization's normal salary for first-year summer clerk position and provide the clerk with legal work, mentoring, frequent performance feedback, and exit interviews.

Hennepin County Minority Reception: At the Hennepin County Minority Reception you will have the opportunity to network with the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, Hennepin County Public Defender's Office, Minneapolis City Attorney's Office, Judges from the Fourth Judicial District and the Minnesota State Public Defender's Office.
Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference: The Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference (MPILCC) enables employers from public interest and government organizations and J.D. students to gather for a day of interviews and informal networking. MPILCC is open to students from law schools in: Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Vault/MCAA Legal Diversity Career Fair: The Vault/MCCA Legal Diversity Career Fair will provide minority, female, LGBT and candidates with disabilities the opportunity to meet and network with recruiters from law firms and government agencies who are firmly committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession.
Indianapolis Bar Association Diversity Job Fair: Second-year full-time (graduating in May 2014) and part-time 2L and 3L (graduating in 2014/2015) law students are invited to participate in the annual IndyBar Diversity Job Fair. The fair draws candidates who represent all aspects of diversity and who are looking for a one-of-a kind legal community in a Midwestern city that has both cosmopolitan style and small-town charm.
Bay Area Diversity Career Fair: The fair is hosted by The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and sponsored by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. The Annual Bay Area Diversity Career Fair will bring together prominent law firms and government legal departments in the San Francisco Bay Area and highly qualified diverse 2L law students from distinguished local law schools as well as other top schools from around the nation to participate in summer associate programs.
National Black Prosecutor Association Job Fair: The National Black Prosecutors Association (NBPA) is committed to the recruitment, training, and career advancement of minority attorneys as prosecutors at all levels of government. The NBPA Job Fair provides a forum for law school students, recent law school graduates and experienced attorneys from across the nation to meet and interview for prospective employment in prosecutors' offices at the local, state and federal levels
Boston Lawyers Group Minority Job Fair: Boston Lawyers Groups has grown into a consortium of more than 45 members, including prominent law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies in Boston. Over the years, members of the BLG have demonstrated a consistent pattern of significant increases in the number of jobs offered to and accepted by attorneys of color.
Patent Law Interview Program: The Loyola Patent Law Interview Program is a two-day interview program held in Chicago each summer that brings together patent law employers and law students from across the country to interview for summer associate positions and post-graduate employment.
IMPACT Career Fair: The 5th Annual IMPACT Career Fair will be held in Washington, DC. Last year, 30 law firms and government agencies interviewed students from across the US. Law students and lawyers with disabilities from the Classes of 2012 and earlier are invited to participate.
Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference: Twin Cities Diversity in Practice is an association of 28 law firms and 12 corporate legal departments with a single mission: to attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color in the Twin Cities legal community. Diversity in Practice is also dedicated to promoting the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul as a great place for attorneys of color to develop professionally and personally.
St. Louis Diversity Job Fair: The primary goal of the Fair is to attract a diverse group of 2L and 3L students to the metropolitan St. Louis legal community, encourage them to practice law in the area, and become an integral part of our community. Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair: The 2012 Heartland Diversity Legal Job Fair took place in downtown Kansas City. Last year, Kansas City played host to over 60 students from over 30 Law Schools from across the nation who had the opportunity to interview with 12 area law firms, organizations and government agencies. We hope to make this year's job fair an even bigger success
CCBA Minority Law Student Job Fair: Students registered for the Job Fair will have the opportunity to submit their resumes to 25 employers, and employers will have the ability to view the resume of every registered student that wishes to interview with them. The Job Fair typically attracts more than 800 students from eligible US law schools. Each year Law Firms, Corporations and Governmental Agencies register for Job Fair. The CCBA Job Fair primarily is designed to obtain summer associate positions for rising 2Ls (current 1Ls) during their second summer in law school
Hispanic National Bar Association Job Fair: The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Job Fair will be held in Seattle, Washington in conjunction with HNBA's Annual Convention. Job Fair participants will be able to interact with leading Hispanic lawyers throughout the United States and participate in enriching continuing legal education programs
Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair: This annual Conference & Career Fair is designed to pair lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender attorneys and law students with opportunities at law firms and government agencies. Over six hundred attorney candidates and one hundred thirty employers representing private firms and public organizations from all over the country were present at last year's Career Fair in New York.
Northwest Minority Job Fair: The mission of the fair is to foster access to employment opportunities for historically underrepresented persons in the practice of law and to provide a networking forum for legal employers and minority law students. Current students and 2012 graduates are welcome to participate. Based upon the original purpose of the Job Fair and limited resources, the focus of our mission is ethnic minorities.
Virginia Bar Association Annual Diversity Job Fair: The VBA 4th Annual Diversity Job Fair will take place in August in Richmond, Virginia. Students must be rising 2Ls or 3Ls and interested in practicing in Virginia in order to participate. The Diversity Job Fair is open to all students of diverse backgrounds including: race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or age
Tri-State Diversity Recruiting Program: The Tri-State Diversity Recruitment Program offers second and third year law school students the opportunity to interview for summer associate and entry-level attorney positions with Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky employers. The program is sponsored by Greenbaum, Doll, and McDonald and will be held in August at Embassy Suites Hotel in Covington, KY.
Delaware Minority Job Fair: The Job Fair was founded by a consortium of Delaware law firm, corporate, and public sector/interest legal employers interested in recruiting minority law students for the purpose of increasing diversity in the Delaware bar.
Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair: The fair is open to students and recent graduates of any U.S. law school. Legal employers attending the RMDLCF seek to hire law students and 2012 graduates from culturally diverse backgrounds that have been traditionally under-represented in the practice of law in the Rocky Mountain region. These include law students and 2012 graduates who are ethnic or racial minorities and/or gay or lesbian.
Equal Justice Works Annual Career Fair and Conference: The annual Equal Justice Works Career Fair & Conference is the nation's largest public interest law career fair and conference, hosting more than 200 employers and 1,200 students and graduates from across the country. Equal Justice Works hosts this conference and career fair to broaden, support, and recognize the efforts and participation of public interest-minded law students, lawyers, and advocates.
Cook County Minority Law Student Job Fair: The objective of the CCBA Minority Job Fair remains unchanged- to recruit the brightest talent amongst minority law students of color and math them with employers (law firms, corporations, government agencies, and public interest agencies) that truly value diversity.
DuPont Legal Minority Job Fair: DuPont Legal organized its first Minority Job Fair in 1994, to assist our PLFs with their minority recruitment efforts. Today, it’s a successful multi-city event, bringing in more than 500 resumes from minority law students around the country who interview with DuPont PLFs. The Minority Job Fair has earned DuPont Legal the National Association for Legal Placement’s Mark of Distinction Award.
