This Program is held year round in various cities nationwide. It offers free – or for a nominal cost – programs to members of minority bar associations. Unlike traditional CLE programs that confer only a tangential benefit on the communities in which attendees work and live, the Community Outreach Program seeks to make an impact on both the individual attorney and his or her community by offering high-quality training courses in both theory and practical skills. Scholarships are available for all the Section activities courtesy of the TIPS Scholarship Fund, established with the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) and supported by subscription to the IRMI CGL Reporter.
