Does St. Thomas offer financial aid?

As an International student you are not qualified to apply for federal student aid. However, each student is considered for scholarship.

I saw scholarships are available on your website and I wish to be considered. How do I apply for scholarships?

Applicants to the LL.M. in U.S. Law program are automatically considered for scholarship offers. There is no separate application process. The Admissions Committee uses the documents that you submit with your regular admissions file for consideration.

I just received a scholarship from an outside agency. Do I need to notify the Office of Admissions?

Yes, please forward the information to the Office of Admissions at lawschool@stthomas.edu. You will also asked to provide this information to our International Admissions Office as part of the financial certification process.

Can I work during the LL.M. program?

Yes, there are opportunities to work on campus while you are enrolled as a student. Students can find jobs through listings on the Jobs at UST website. Please read all of the information about student employment here.
