Interlibrary loan, also known as ILL, is a service that obtains books and journal articles from other libraries which are not available at the Library. The Library uses a program called ILLIAD to process ILL requests. The first time you logon to ILLIAD at the link below, you will be asked to create an account.
If you are requesting a book, please check the CLIC catalog first to be sure the book is not available from a CLIC member library before using the Book Request Form. The Article Request Form should be used for requesting all periodical articles not available at the Schoenecker Law Library. Use this form even if you know the journal is held by a CLIC library, including all other St. Thomas libraries except Schoenecker Library.
ILL service is available only to current University of St. Thomas Law students, faculty, and staff with a valid University of St. Thomas ID. You may incure replacement costs, overdue fees, or other processing fess for lost and overdue library materials.
If you need assistance making an ILL request, please stop by the Circulation Desk.
