Mr. Webb is a felony trial attorney in the 10th District Public Defender's office in Anoka, MN. He supervises the certified student attorney program in the Anoka/Sherburne County Public Defender's offices and he teaches at the MN Public Defender's Trial Institute. Mr. Webb co-created and co-teaches the Public Defense clinic for students at St. Thomas University Law school.

|Description of course 962 :||Students will attend classes to learn about the practical and official rules of criminal procedure in Minnesota Courtrooms, and will be assigned to a practicing public defender attorney to learn how to represent clients in different types of proceedings (generally assigned based on student interest; for example, students interested in juvenile representation will represent juveniles). No prerequisites or co-requisites for summer session – professional responsibility will be worked into the classes for rising 2Ls.|
