Adjunct Faculty

Andrew clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Blaeser from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, he joined the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. Andrew worked in the Juvenile Prosecution Division for 2 years before moving the Gang Unit for 3 years. Andrew then spent another 2 years prosecuting Violent Crimes. In 2006, he took a position with Colich and Associates. Practice includes prosecution duties for the City of St. Louis Park, as well as a criminal defense practice-defending those charged with anything from juvenile petty offenses to First Degree Homicide (also a member of the Federal Panel).

| Description of course 906 : | This course will teach trial preparation, technique and strategy. Through lectures, demonstrations and simulations, students will learn how to conduct pretrial negotiations, prepare and respond to motions, deliver opening and closing statements, introduce evidence, respond to objections and conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.
