Lisa Pearson serves as counsel to both insured and self insured Minnesota companies advising them in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation. She also works closely with risk managers to develop and implement effective workers’ compensation injury management programs and counsels employers with respect to hiring and termination decisions to the extent those decisions are affected by the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act. She has appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Trial Court, the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. She has co-written materials for CLE and internal legal seminars as well as materials for St. Thomas’ Workers’ Compensation Course. Ms. Pearson is also a member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court.
