Daniel Moreno has been a judge in the 4th Judicial District since 2006. He was involved in family court from 2007-2009, after which Daniel became a judge for the criminal justice system.

| Description of course 906 : | This course will teach trial preparation, technique and strategy. Through lectures, demonstrations and simulations, students will learn how to conduct pretrial negotiations, prepare and respond to motions, deliver opening and closing statements, introduce evidence, respond to objections and conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.
