Chuck Lundberg has been a member of Bassford Remele for more than 30 years, practicing primarily as a "lawyer's lawyer" - advising attorneys and law firms on matters involving legal malpractice, legal ethics, and other areas of the law of lawyering. He served for twelve years on the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, including six years as Board Chair. He also devotes much of his time to appeals and has been recognized as one of the leading appellate attorneys in Minnesota and elected as a Fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers - an invitation-only group of outstanding lawyers whose practice focuses substantially on appeals.
Mr. Lundberg is a perennial Top 100 Super Lawyer and has been designated a Top 10 Appellate Super Lawyer. For many years he has been named as a Leading American Attorney and one of the Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Appellate Law and Legal Malpractice Law.

| Description of course 761 : | This course explores legal malpractice law, policy, and problems. In addition to studying the civil liability claims and defenses, the course will cover approaches to managing risk and avoiding malpractice claims. This course is designed to enable students to learn the law and policy related to the professional liability of lawyers; to expose students to legal malpractice issues encountered by practicing lawyers and malpractice experts; to enable students to identify and prevent common malpractice traps; to give each student an opportunity to explore malpractice problems that s/he will encounter in a particular practice area; and to provide a survey of malpractice issues encountered by lawyers in a range of practice areas. | |||
