Description of course 806 :	This course will examine federal antitrust law and policy under the Sherman, Clayton and FTC Acts. Students will study laws regulating price fixing, price discrimination, market division, monopolization, exclusionary practices and competitor collaboration. Students will also explore the political and economic underpinnings of antitrust and competition policy. If time permits, the course will cover the relationship between antitrust policy and international trade.
