Prior to joining the Public Defender´s Office where he focuses on felony criminal defense, Bryan Leary was an attorney with Popham, Haik, Schnobrich & Kaufman, and Plunkett, Schwartz, Peterson, as well as in private practice, and spent two years as a judicial law clerk with the Minnesota Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Leary also has been a Conciliation Court referee in Hennepin County District Court since 1996 and is a commissioner for the St. Louis Park Charter Commission.
