Jerry Klein is an MSBA Certified Civil Trial Specialist and a Qualified ADR Neutral. He has over 20 years civil litigation experience, serving as lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials, as defense counsel with the law offices of Votel, McEachron & Godfrey (staff counsel for Farmers Insurance Company) and Bruce Candlin & Associates (staff counsel for St. Paul Travelers Insurance Company).

| Description of course 906 : | This course will teach trial preparation, technique and strategy. Through lectures, demonstrations and simulations, students will learn how to conduct pretrial negotiations, prepare and respond to motions, deliver opening and closing statements, introduce evidence, respond to objections and conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.
