William Greene practices in the areas of antitrust litigation, business and commercial litigation, and class action litigation. Bill currently represents companies in a number of national antitrust class action cases. Bill also has a wealth of experience in class action cases involving financial services companies, and has represented clients in commercial litigation involving hundreds of millions of dollars in alleged damages. Bill also counsels clients on antitrust compliance matters and has represented clients in federal and state antitrust investigations.
Bill also has extensive experience with electronic discovery (e-Discovery) and has taught one of the nation’s first law school courses on electronic discovery. In document-intensive cases, Bill’s teams use cutting-edge technology, including predictive coding, to substantially reduce the cost of document review and to learn the facts more quickly.
