Michael Robak joined St. Thomas Law in 2017 as director of the Schoenecker Law Library, associate dean and clinical professor of law. He came to St. Thomas from the University of Missouri - Kansas City Law School, where he served as associate director of the library and director of information technology.

Robak is a well-regarded leader in law school technology. At UMKC, he helped lead a more progressive approach to legal technology education, helping equip law students with technology knowledge as a distinct competitive advantage in the job market. He holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a master's in Library Information Science from the University ofIllinois Urbana-Champaign.
