Degree

Lindsay Mancini is an impassioned advocate for her clients, many of whom have sustained serious personal injuries.  Lindsay's clients experience her as caring, compassionate, and thoroughly knowledgeable about insurance law and the full range of avenues for redress of their injuries. Insurance companies know who goes to trial and who doesn’t – and their compensation offers generally reflect that.  Lindsay's competitive nature makes her very comfortable in a trial setting.  Her knowledge of insurance law, work ethic, tenacity, and strategic aggression in a courtroom or negotiation setting and has allowed her to successfully close hundreds of litigation cases through settlement, jury trial, arbitration, or appeal.

Since 2013, Lindsay has also been an Adjunct Doctrinal Professor at William Mitchell College of Law, where she developed the curriculum and teaches their course on Insurance Law – an area that is essential to her own practice. Lindsay is passionate about teaching her students critical analytical skills that they can apply not only to understanding how to read/interpret an insurance policy, but also to other kinds of contracts that they will encounter in their future practice.

In 2015, Lindsay was named as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers.  Lindsay serves as the President of the Richard T. Oakes American Inn of Court.  An honor that Lindsay is especially proud of is that Woods & Thompson was a named a finalist in the Better Business Torch Award for Ethics in both 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 – quite a coup for a law firm that specializes in personal injury.  Lindsay is also a No-fault insurance arbitrator.
