CRN: 43182 Instructor: Kevin M. Decker This class is a two-credit course focused on fundamental accounting principles. The objective of the course is to introduce financial accounting, finance, and audit concepts to law students who wish to have a basic working knowledge of these principles for a future litigation or transactional law practice. The course will help students understand and apply the basic language and theories of financial accounting, undertake basis accounting activities, and identify what business accountants and auditors do.
