Judge Wahl was a litigation partner at Faegre, Baker, Daniels, LLP and at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly, and worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster. He clerked for the Honorable Gerald W. Heaney on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
