The Presidential Management Fellow (the PMF) Program is your passport to a unique and rewarding career experience with the Federal Government. The PMF Program is how the federal government attracts outstanding men and women from law schools, other graduate programs and career paths who have a clear interest in, and commitment to, excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs.
