The Corporate Counsel Institute was designed by the Minnesota State Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions at the University of St. Thomas School of Law for corporate attorneys looking for a quality CLE course with topics meaningful to their practice at a reasonable cost.
