Law School Names New Associate Dean for Academic Affairs |
| Professor Tom Berg will succeed Professor Jerry Organ as the University of St. Thomas School of Law’s Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Professor Berg is nationally renowned scholar in the law of religious liberties. After eight years of playing a major leadership role at the School of Law, Dean Thomas Mengler announced Berg’s appointment Monday, June 15, 2009 in an e-mail to the students, faculty and staff. |

Hernandez-Crespo Promoted to Associate Professor of Law |

The University of St. Thomas School of Law has promoted Mariana Hernandez-Crespo to the rank of Associate Professor of Law. Promotion to Associate Professor of Law recognizes Hernandez-Crespo’s achievements in her first three years as a teacher, scholar and contributing member of the School of Law’s community. While at St. Thomas, she has founded the UST International ADR Research Network and taught courses including: Mediation, Community Advocacy, Environmental Problem-Solving and ADR. |
