The Admissions Committee will thoroughly review your application for the LL.M. program to understand your unique strengths, skills and potential.

Read the viewbook - LL.M. in U.S. Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law‌‌To be considered for the program, you must hold a law degree from a law school outside of the United States, and demonstrate proficiency in English. If your native language is not English, you can show proficiency by achieving a TOEFL (iBT) score of 80 with subscore of 20 on the written and 20 on the speaking sections, or an IELTS score of 6.5. Candidates who do not meet the TOEFL or IELTS requirements but can offer other strong evidence of English proficiency may qualify for admission. Detailed English proficiency requirements can be found here.

Tuition for the 2014-15 academic year is $36,844, with an additional technology fee of $198 and a student activity fee of $143. Generous scholarships are available to top applicants.
