You must hold a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school or be enrolled in a J.D. program at an ABA-accredited law school to be eligible for admission into the LL.M. in Organizational Ethics & Compliance program.

A completed application for the LL.M. in Organizational Ethics and Compliance will include:

• an application form,

• official academic transcript(s) from all colleges and universities attended,

• two letters of recommendation (no more than four),

• a written response to essay questions posed on the application form, and

• your resume or CV.

If you are a current student or graduate of UST Law, your J.D. application materials and academic records will be considered along with your application for this program. You are not required to resubmit transcripts already on file with the law school. Letters of recommendation are optional.

Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition for the 2015-16 academic year is $1,281 per credit. Full-time students also are required to pay a technology fee of $206 and a student activity fee of $155. These fees are prorated for part-time students.

As a student in the Organizational Ethics and Compliance program, you will have the option of applying for student loans.  To be eligible for financial aid in the Fall or Spring semester, you must be registered for a minimum of 6 credits.  To be eligible for financial aid in the summer term you must be registered in a minimum of 3 credits.
