Nonviolent Communication Workshop Objectives
Prerequisite: No Prior Experience necessary. If you have prior experience, watching Marshall model challenging situations and teach will increase your knowledge and skills.
Participants will be able to:
- Improve your parenting skills by creating partnership paradigms with your children's where everyone is valued
- Learn how to build new connections in old relationships that will strengthen bonds
- Increase motivation and desire with employees through the power of empathic connection
- Healing old wounds/conflicts with NVC restorative justice connections
- Creating capacity for personal change,
- Learn a 4 step process to enrich your life and your relationships
- Build connections between the parties in a conflict that values everyone equally and fosters harmony.
- Learning how to develop peace within so you can create peace outside.
- Becoming the positive change within yourself first that you wish to see model in the world today.
