Michelle LeBlanc (née Miller). Major in theology, justice and peace minor.
As part of her justice and peace class, Michelle discovered a poor parish in Jamaica, West Indies. She went there as a volunteer for a semester, then talked St. Thomas into starting a flourishing program there: trips during January term, and student teaching for education majors.
Her first year after graduation she taught religion at Totino-Grace High School. Then she and her husband returned to Jamaica and taught there for several years. Returning to the Twin Cities, she taught at Hill-Brady High School and at Cretin-Durham High School.
Currently she is a full-time mom with two adopted children and one of her own.
