Major & Minor, pre-2012

(The following information continues to apply for students who signed up for a Justice and Peace Studies major prior to 2012, unless they ask to switch into our new curriculum.)

St. Thomas offers a major and a minor in Justice and Peace Studies. Many students double major with another department. Students have selected a wide range of departments for a double major, with the largest number in the social sciences, theology, philosophy, and languages. 

Major in Justice and Peace Studies: (36-40 credits)

Some semester-long programs of international study or urban immersion include internships.

Note: Students who do not take a strong methods course in a second major are strongly encouraged to take a course such as the following:
