Professor Boros is a member of the Minnesota News Council, the Board of Governors of the National Television Academy Upper Midwest Chapter, the board of the Page Education Foundation, the board of the Premack Award for Public Affairs Reporting, and the board of the Minnesota Journalists Abroad Scholarship presented by the Minnesota Newspaper Foundation.

At UST:
Professor Boros joined UST in 2000.  She currently serves as advisor to the UST Society of Professional Journalists chapter.
