Microsoft Office Online is a web site hosted by Microsoft that provides a wealth of information in support of MS Office, including quick-reference cards and instructional videos.
To connect to MS Office Online from within Word, Excel, or PowerPoint:

In your MS Office application, from the menu bar, click on: Help - Microsoft Office Help.

The Help Taskpane will appear.

On the Taskpane, under Microsoft Office Online, click: Training.

Take time to explore the MS Office Online Training page.

Under Browse Training Courses, click an MS Office application of choice for a collection of help documents and video tutorials!
