Managing Messages
Playing and Listening to Voicemail Messages
When using UST voicemail there are two playback options:
- Access your voicemail box
- Press
to retrieve a message. Then select one of the following:
Press to listen to new messages Press to listen to saved messages
When you are listening to a message the following options are available:
Press
to Reply to message (a for answer)
Press
to Delete this message (d for delete)
Press
to Forward the message to an extension (g for give)
Press
to Save current message (k for keep)
Press
to Rewind your message six seconds
Press
to Replay the current message (p for play)
Press
to Skip to the next message (t for top of next message)
Press
to Fast Forward your message six seconds
