Three ways to Access Your Voice Mail

The UST Voice Mail system telephone number is 651-962-7777.  This number is accessible from anywhere in the world.  Once the system answers, you are asked to enter the extension of the party you desire.  Enter your five-digit telephone number or the voice mail box number provided to you.

Accessing your voice mail from your UST Phone

1. Press the Voice Mail button on your phone (this is the shortcut to your personal voice mail box.
2. When you hear the greeting you will be prompted to enter your passcode.

Accessing your voice mail from a different St. Thomas phone 

1. Dial the voicemail system phone number 2-7777
2. When the voicemail system greets you enter your five-digit phone number then the # key.
3. Next press * (STAR tells the system you are the owner of the box, not someone wanting to leave you a message), then enter your passcode and the # key

Example: UST: 2-7777 (voicemail system), 2-xxxx (your mailbox number) then (#), when greeting starts press (*), enter passcode, press (#).

 

Accessing your voice mail from off-campus

1. Dial the voice mail system phone number 651-962-7777
2. When answered enter your five-digit phone number then the # key.
3. Next press *(STAR tells the system you are the owner of the box, not someone wanting to leave you a message), then enter your passcode and the # key. 

Example: 2-7777 (voice mail system), 2-xxxx (your mailbox number) then (#), (*), passcode, (#).
