Three ways to Access Your Voice Mail

 
Accessing your voice mail from your UST Phone

1. Press the Voice Mail button on your phone (this is the shortcut to your personal voice mailbox.
2. When you hear the greeting you will be prompted to enter your passcode.

Accessing your voice mail from a different St. Thomas phone 

1. Dial the voicemail system phone number 2-7777.
2. When prompted, enter your mailbox number.
3. When prompted, enter your passcode.

Accessing your voice mail from off-campus

1. Dial the voice mail system phone number 651-962-7777.
2. When prompted, enter your mailbox number.
3. When prompted, enter your passcode. 

Leaving a Message for another Mailbox

1. Dial the off-campus call-in number:  651-962-7778.
2. When prompted, enter the extension of the person for whom you'd like to leave a message.
3. You will be directed to that person's mailbox.  Follow the prompts to leave a message.
