When you arrive at campus in the fall, Telecom will automatically send your information to your email account. You will receive your voice mail instructions and long distance authorization code.
Moving
If you move into a new room, you should contact the Tech Desk to cancel the old voice mail and get a new pass code to set up your voice mail in your new room. Your long distance code will stay the same for your entire stay at St. Thomas.
Long Distance
St. Thomas offers each student long distance service from their residence hall rooms. There is no monthly fee for having a code, charges will only accrue when the code is used. Each month, a detailed report of calls and charges will be sent to you via email and the charges will be added to your tuition account. To request a long distance code contact the IRT Tech Desk. If you choose, you may pay your phone bill by visiting the Business Office, as described below in Payments. For more information about long distance service see the Long Distance page.
Voicemail
St. Thomas provides each residence hall student an indiviual voicemail box. Instructions for accessing voicemail are sent to students via email.

You will receive this itemized report via email automatically.
