Hold

1. To place an existing call on hold, press HOLD. 
2. To retrieve a held call, press HOLD. 
   
   NOTE: You may place a call on hold and dial another party. You can then alternate between the calls by pressing the HOLD button.

 

Abbreviated Dialing

Stores up to ten numbers for quick dialing!

 

To store:

1. Press # + 4 + * (pound + 4 + star) 
2. Enter Storage Number (0-9) 
3. Enter phone number 
4. Hang up 

To use:

1. Press # + 4 + Storage Number

Call Waiting

1. Press HOLD (puts the first caller on hold)
2. Hang up 
3. Answer the ringing phone to get second caller
   
   NOTE: If you have voice mail, the the call will roll over to voice mail box after the caller hears three ring beeps.
   

Last Number Redial

Allows you to redial the last outgoing external call (this does not work for 5-digit dialing).

1. Press # + 9 at dial tone.
