Placing calls on "Hold"

1) To place an existing call on hold, press HOLD. 
2) To retrieve a held call, press HOLD. 

NOTE: You may place a call on hold and dial another party. You can then alternate between the calls by pressing the HOLD button. 

Setting up and using "Speed Dial"

Setting up:
1)  Press #4* (pound + 4 + star), assign a number (0-9) for speed dial, 
2)  Enter phone number,
3)  Hang up

Dialing:
1)  Press #4 + speed dial number

Using "Call Waiting"

1)  Press HOLD (puts the first caller on hold),
2)  Hang up, 
3)  Answer the ringing phone to get second caller

NOTE: If you have voice mail, the the call will roll over to voice mail box after the caller hears three ring beeps.
