It is recommended that you run the connectivity test prior to accessing a meeting.  

Flash Player
To access a meeting room you will need Adobe Flash Player version 8.x or 9.x. Flash player version 10.x is NOT compatible with UST's Adobe Connect system.

• To test your version of Flash go to http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_15507
• If you are running the Flash 10 or higher you will need to downgrade to version 9. To download the Flash uninstaller go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/. Once you have uninstalled the Flash player, download Flash Player 9 from http://www.adobe.com/go/kb406791 (scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the installer for your system)

Windows 2000, XP

• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or  Firefox 1.5
• Adobe Flash Player version 8.x or 9.x. NOTE: Flash player version 10.x is NOT compatible with UST's Adobe Connect system. To test your version of Flash go to http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_15507. 

Windows Vista

• If you are runnning Windows Vista and use Internet Explorer 7 to access Breeze, you may need to change the security settings on your computer in order to access Breeze. Please contact the IRT Tech Desk at irthelp@stthomas.edu or 651-962-6230 for more information.
