How to access a Meeting

Meeting Participants (students and guests)

1. Check the System Requirements for participating in an Adobe Connect Meeting
2. Connectivity Test - run the connectivity test to make sure that you can connect to a Breeze meeting.
3. Go to the meeting room URL. When you see the meeting room login page, type your name in the “Enter as a Guest” text box.  Note: students and participants cannot use the "Enter with your login and password" text box to access a meeting.
   
   

   

Meeting Hosts (faculty and staff)

1. Check your computer by runing the connectivity test prior to accessing a meeting.
2. Go to the meeting room URL. When you see the meeting room login page, type your name in "Enter with your login and password" text box.
